About

I build beautiful, useful, practical things and love documenting and sharing the adventure. Teaching has been at the heart of what I’ve done for over 30 years, whether I’m helping small businesses understand their technology through PSG Studio or guiding knitters and crocheters to expand their skills at little acorn creations.

With over 25 years working with solo and small businesses, PSG Studio starts with how you actually work, then finds the small fixes and technology solutions that make things run smoother. Through tutorials and hands-on guidance, I help clients make changes that make sense for them.

My yarn practice at little acorn creations explores both the how and why of knitting and crochet. Through patterns, workshops, and technique tutorials, I help makers grow their skills and confidence, understanding not just what to do but why it works.

I live in Westchester, NY with my spouse Eli and resident cat Dot (who clearly is in charge).

I hold degrees from Columbia University (BA Computer Science, 2001; MS Information and Archive Management, 2009).

kitten resources

I’ve fostered many kittens over the years. Due to ongoing family (human) caregiving responsibilities, I’ve paused my active role. Please explore resources I gathered over the years. Remember, fostering saves lives!
